Agency Contracting is a data base and web based application project which is used to handle all the agency contract related information’s. This project involved with multiple applications like AAW, ebusiness, DocuSign, For agents, CSS DB, etc. Using this project agency can able to create the contract documents for different business (PI, BI and Bond) and also they can able to sign or decline the document. Re-contracting is similar to contracting but instead of manually generating through one shot process system will generate the contracts we need to verify the contracts and then perform accept or decline functionalities. We used to perform File Net testing too in this project for the generated contract document.

Job Role in Hydel Power Projects

Trouble shooting of Electrical Equipments.

Synchronizing of Alternator (5000KVA, 11KV) with Grid.

Operation with SCADA and maintain safely.

Operate the switch gear panels like ACB, VCB and SF6 Breakers.

Review the electrical drawings and necessary changes required as per site conditions.

Checking connections of TLCP Panels, control relay panels & trouble shooting.

Daily checking of performance of control panel & working of motors.

Observation of temperatures of Generators, Transformers & Turbines.

Weekly checkups of all (GLOP, TLOP, Gear box, Cooling water, Dewatering pump, Jockey pump) motors and Transformer oil conservator.

Day to Day Activities

Maintaining Critical and non-critical spares for the smooth running of the plant.

Planning for Quarterly, half yearly and annual maintenances of the power plant equipments,getting approval and budgets from the management.

Executing the above said jobs in a scheduled manner.

Close monitoring of Plant Performance parameters, for maximum power export to make power business more profitable.

Maintenance of different types of solenoid valves, proximity, level switches

Working with various temperature elements like RTD’s.
