Dose Advocate (Rad Protection) - Duties included budgeting dose and scheduling for all projects, developing burndown curves, assisting in developing ALARA plans and in progress reviews for each project while ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within pre-established dose goals and budget. This includes scheduling meetings, agenda, distribution of minutes while ensuring all projects are worked according to procedure guidelines (safety, housekeeping and dose) with no discrepancies or identifying discrepancies with documentation and resolution.

Ability to Multi-Task on schedule, budget, safety regulations for all projects and working incompliance with procedures while being a Team Member.

Chemical Control Coordinator - Quarterly Inspections including House Keeping walkdowns and Safety Chairman.

1984-2017 - E&RC (Environmental and Rad Protection)

Training Coordinator - Duties included identifying training, proctoring exams, entering qualifications into data base while ensuring individuals are qualified to perform work and reviewing procedures. This also included ramping up during outages for Supplemental Personnel support.

Technical Review and attention to detail of surveys and Radiation Work Permits (RWPs) identifying any discrepancies, correcting and vaulting of QA Records.

Jr Rad Protection (RP)Tech during outages while gaining various qualifications and attending Cycle Training to enhance knowledge and expand skill set i.e., maintaining RP instrumentation, confined space entry, hazmat, underwater diving, completing routine and job coverage surveys and assisting ALARA Group in preparation of ALARA Work Plans, RWPs and In-Progress Reviews while working in compliance with RP Procedures/Safety Procedures.

Timekeeping/Part 26 Fatigue Rule Compliance (Federal Law) - Completing timesheets ensuring they comply with Part 26 Fatigue Rules and approval.

Support various Duke Energy Sites during outages in roles such as FME Coordinator (Foreign Material) Refuel Floor, Part 26 work schedule compliance.

ERO - Emergency Response Organization - Media Badging Specialist.

SME on various IT applications - Microsoft and various programs utilized by Duke Energy.

Excellent communication skills between various groups, Employee Giving Campaign Coordinator and over 34 years of BNP Plant experience.
