M.E Project : “Design a small dynamo meter and test the engine performance”
Measuring the torque of alternator at different load condition
Designing an Electro Dynamometer for measuring power of engine.
Studying the relationship between torque and RPM at different load and throttle condition.
Used solid works and CATIA V5 to design the parts and Lab VIEW to prepare data flow for calibrating the piezoelectric sensors. Similarly, I also used ProCAL to get data’s out of ECU and created a custom program using C++ to do calculations.
