- Upgrading and Rehabilitation of Al-Salt City Centre, Jordan (Client: Al Salt Greater Municipality): Design and Construction Supervision of site construction works for the upgrading and rehabilitation of O’qba Bin Nafe School Area and surroundings to create a public space on a 15,000 m2 site aiming at transforming it to a touristic attraction. The project comprises outdoor and landscaped spaces, underground parking, covered spaces for open markets, touristic information office and exhibition area, restaurants and cafés, and all related electromechanical, low-current, and infrastructure services.

- Hikma Headquarters, Jordan (Client: Hikma Pharmaceuticals LLC): Design and Construction Supervision for the new headquarters building of Hikma Pharmaceuticals, consisting of 4 basements, ground floor, 4 upper floors and a roof level in addition to a parking facility, and all infrastructure and landscaping works. Site area: 10,000 m2. Built-up area: 40,000 m2.

Group Leader

- Al Mourjan Island Development, Doha – Qatar (Client: United Development Company UDC): The project is located to the northwest of the Pearl Island and consists of a master plan including mixed-use development of 82 buildings, with a total built-up area of 224,125 sqm.

- Lusail Palaces, Doha – Qatar (Client: Private Engineering Office): The immense scale of this Palace Complex is expressed in its plot area that amounts to 1,278,752 sqm divided between built forms and landscape elements. Planned to serve Qatar’s royal family, the project will house the Formal Majlis of His Highness, His Daily Majlis, the Son’s Majlis, their Highnesses’ palaces as well as all the services and buildings to support the Project.

- Orange Headquarters, Amman – Jordan (Client: Orange Telecommunications): Detailed design, tender documents and supervision of construction for Orange Headquarters in Jordan accommodated within a six story building located at Al-Abdali Project (Boulevard), within 2 buildings; with a total BUA of 10,500 m2 for all building components.

- Security Forces Medical Centre Project at Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Client: Ministry of Interior): Detailed design and tender documents for a healthcare complex, consisting of a research and technology campus, academic campus, women’s and children’s hospital, psychiatric hospital (hospitals' total capacity of 200 beds), and an open green space reserved for future hospital expansion in addition to residential zones for senior housing, general staff, and nurses. The project also comprises activity centres for retail, sports and recreation facilities; utility zones housing the necessary services; extensive landscaping; and internal road and infrastructure networks. Total built-up area: 1,188,919 m2.

- The Exchange, Ghana (Client: Actis, Mabani Holdings): Master plan, detailed design and supervision of construction for a new urban mixed-use development on a 7-acre site in Accra, comprising several towers on a common podium, and featuring a 7-storey hotel, 8-storey office buildings, 7-storey residential building, 3-storey retail building, utility building, and underground parking, complete with all infrastructure and landscaping services. - International Convention Center, Madinah – Saudi Arabia (Client: Ministry of Finance): The project involves construction of an international convention center (ICC) with a total built-up area of 70,000 sqm and a capacity of 2,450 people in the main conference building.
