●Implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, incentives, benefit enrollment and new employee orientation, as well as payroll and time and attendance.

●Post employment openings, process application materials, recruiting at local college fairs, schedule interviews, and assist with new employee documentation and orientation.

●Contact references and perform background checks.

●Advise staff on policies regarding equal employment opportunity and harassment, etc.

●Developed an IDP program in conjunction with a skills matrix for all departments and employees to advance through cross-training in those adjacent departments.

●Structured and implemented our 401k and safe harbor benefit.

In this role, I wrote all jobs that went into production and performed all of the front-end calculations for raw material and labor needs. Once jobs were written, I scheduled them for both the day and night production shifts, while maximizing production during both recession and surges of 30% growth.
