I have a solid background in IT Support from past work experience and an education that will allow me to greatly contribute to the company in this role. My Education in information technology provided me with the strong foundation to pursue work in IT Support. I have served as the Technical Director at Crystal Innovative Systems - Uganda, where I supervise a number of Technicians providing desktop software and hardware support to a wide range of clients and products, including support for Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 Server and Active Directory, Windows OS Microsoft Office Suite and various Web based Database System management. The following are some additional highlights of my qualifications and experience:

● Made sure IT Support Provided over the phone and email or on ground is done in a professional and courteous manner

● Maintained detailed records of support provided by Technicians in a Job management system

● Installed and maintained Structured Fiber, CAT6 and Wireless Network Connectivity for various clients including recently Mestil Hotel and Residences Kampala Uganda.

● Resolved faults as soon as they occurred and escalated critical problems to the necessary authority to be resolved immediately.
