Challenge: To drive completion of largest Foodservice and Environmental Services contract, conversion, and transformation in country between Ascension Health and Compass Group of North America.

Scope of Authority: Led food service and environmental services (EVS) transformation team - hybrid/complex team of leadership from 86 hospitals (in diverse markets) and vendor. $5B budget.

Studied all hospitals relative to cleanliness and food service preparation/delivery, e.g. patient satisfaction, quality, budgetary information, waste, undesirable/loss, and supply chain efficiencies.


Led end-to-end large-scale implementation of 86 facilities consisting of 8,000 associates in less than 1 year.

In collaboration with Compass Group of North America, positioned Ascension Health to generate ~$60M in annual savings, while offering healthy foods, balanced choices, education, and wellness for all national facilities.
