Directed and managed warehouse operations at Monticello Power Plant, a world-class generator of value to support approximately 2400 MW stations consisting of 3 units and $20 million in inventory.
Supervised contractual and Union labor employees and evaluated performance on consistent basis to ensure efficient service. Scheduled employees as needed for budget maintenance.
Monitored monthly and annual business objectives. Ensured warehouse team members were aware of progress of inventory growth, housekeeping assignments, new item ads, and more, for motivation and encouragement to maintain success rate.
Facilitated and implemented a lean culture, as designated Wellness and Safety Coordinator, through training including Kaizan events, 5S projects, and other events of continuous improvement to reduce costs and optimize space and time.
