• Managed Decathlon’s Shopify page while receiving Excel spreadsheets of product inventories to be sold at Decathlon’s sporting goods store. Translated product names, colors, and sizes from French to English and converted EU and UK sizes to US sizes. Also edited Shopify prices and pictures of each product.

Recorded discrepancies regarding clients’ names and number of co-renters between each contract and the renter list. Also recorded unlisted contracts and names with no contracts.

LOYAL3 Holdings – Customer Service Temp Worker (April 2017 – May 2017)

• Answered approximately 70 phone calls and e-mails per day, helping customers log into their accounts, purchase stocks, and/or sell stocks online. Also explained how to transfer funds from LOYAL3 accounts to checking accounts and verified status of customer accounts being transferred to other brokerages.
