COMPANY PROFILE

Currently working as GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE (Electrical Engg) with Simbhaoli Power Pvt. Ltd. (SPPL) at their 62 MW Co-generation power plant since june 2017 till now Ghaziabad(UP).SPPL is a sister concern of Simbhaoli Sugars Limited. SPPL engages in Power Generation using Renewable source i.e Bagasse as fuel. SPPL has three different Power Generation units, each of 12MW TG, 22MW TG & 28MW TG, Each unit consists of separate boilers of 77TPH, 110TPH, & 125TPH. SPPL has its own Switchyard rated 132/11 KV for Transmission of Power to Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd.

PROFILE SUMMARY

Responsibilities:

§ Handling of Electrical Load as per requirement.

§ Working as a Shift Engineer for smooth running of plant.

§ Prepare Electrical Drawings and specifications.

§ Give necessary instruction / direction to field technicians. To check & ensure the assigned

field jobs are completed and recorded timely.

§ Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Electrical Equipments.

§ Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Equipments

§ To Coordinate with Electrical Contractors for Electrification, Erection & Commissioning.

§ Daily Mainstaining of Power Consumption Report.

§ Procurement of Material for smooth functioning of the Production chain.

§ Generating Material Codes & Indent of Material using SAP.

§ Coordination with the Nodal Authorities regarding improvement, corrective and preventive

actions.

§ Providing Technical support for system Operations and Maintenance.

§ Identifying critical issue, solving the problem, escalating to senior level if not solved.
