Lead Project Manager – Underwriting 2012 - 2015

Acted as end-to-end PM for development and delivery of enhancements to the Institutional Credit Rating and Underwriting application. The bulk of work was in support of Basel II banking laws and regulations. With increased scrutiny due to external auditors, was responsible for ensuring all Solution Delivery Lifecycle standards were followed. Led team of 20 offshore resources from multiple vendors and 11 FTE resources (at multiple locations). Oversaw all projects from initiation through implementation/warranty and post implementation review.

Managed all aspects of Clarity (PM tool for financial and artifact tracking) – including capacity planning, forecasting, and monthly status reporting to PMO’s, auditors and senior leaders.
