Assessed the overall WIC program by reviewing QA for staff, and reviewing participant files on a monthly basis, which helped to slash the amount of mistakes made every month.

Reduced the number of health disparities, and improved the overall participation rate at the Riverside clinics, by collecting participant information, and creating brochures designed to address the specific needs of the participants.
