Provided interface between Suppliers and the Project Teams to ensure all documentation and requirements that are specified in the purchase order are delivered in accordance with the agreed schedule (documentation includes signed PO acknowledgements, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Fabrication and Drawings).

Developed and modified an expedition plan based on the criticality ratings of the parts in relation to the project schedule.

Critical item 12” Production Tee failed mechanical test, this pushed our finish date out 4 months. I created a plan that saved 90 days from forging alone. Early delivery to the machine shop and expected on time delivery to project saving over $100,000 in delays.
