Facilitated newly acquired organizations’ migration to company’s talent management process. Delivered ongoing education to HR business partners on talent review process methodology and accompanying system functionality. Conducted in-person process guidance sessions for 1200 leaders.
Launched new performance management process benefiting entire 55K employee population. Established associated review platform with functionality including goals management, talent profiles, talent pooling, and Humana’s own online talent grid.
Designed company’s Talent Center, a central hub for all talent management activities. Center included Tools & Resources site, housing all education and guidance materials for each activity.
Human Capital Consultant (2012 to 2013): Led enterprise-wide integration of talent review process with human capital management practices.
