Design develop for new product ideas including specifications, sketches and models to principal customers in Usa, Canada and Thailand.

Improve Nissan, Tesla and Ford production line speed doing designs and improving process with poka-yokes for standardized work.

Apply best practices for design and production in Henniges Automotive Missouri and North Carolina plant.
