Project Highlights

Implementing different features/SON for VoLTE/LTE to improve the Network KPIs for PAN INDIA level.

Analyzing the Network level and cell level KPIs and taking corrective action to improve the same.

LTE and Vo-LTE (Voice over LTE) End to End call analysis. UE trace, cell trace and layer 3 signaling analysis.

Initial tuning, Single Cell Functionality Test, Post launch optimization, Layer 3 signaling analysis, Parameter tuning and audit for LTE and Vo-LTE radio network.

Troubleshooting problematic cells/parameters tuning/performance monitoring and improvement on degraded cells i.e. worst cell analysis at L3 (highest level) level.

Achievement/Reorganization:

Got ACE Award For improving DCR, CSSR in the network level by introducing Naster analysis. DCR has been improved from .9% to .57%. CSSR improved from 97.55% to 99.21%.Also GOT appreciation from CTO of the end customer.

Got Power Award for improving Cluster Optimization in the south zone of Belgium for Mobistar operator. The south part is full of rural clutters and highways connecting different countries. Providing proper coverage and meeting KPIs is a big challenge. Meeting almost 99% coverage expectation and meeting CSSR KPI for south zone.
