Project Title : Effects of Workplace Fun on Employee Behaviours: An Empirical Study.

The aim of this project to analyze the employee attitude towards workplace fun and also to Identify the factors such as attitude towards the workplace fun, job satisfaction, interpersonal citizenship behaviour, task performance among the employees, to know about the impact of work place fun on Employee Behaviours.

This study helped me to find that whether employees are enthusiastic towards their work and positive impact of fun in the workplace. There is a lack of prior research made in this topic in the Organization.

ACHIEVEMENTS :

Participated in “Channel Surfing” held at “Ethoz ‘17” Sri Ramachandra College of Management, Porur during MBA.

General Proficiency 1st and 3rd Prize in High school Level.

Participated All India General Knowledge Test in School Level.
