I manage a portfolio of initiatives that have enabled Skilled Wound Care to grow from a small, 10-person practice to a premier provider of surgical services supporting 80 providers in 15 states. I lead a diverse and talented group of programmers, technicians and staff in a blended Mac/Windows environment to support the technical needs of this rapidly-growing, multi-state, mobile surgical care practice serving 1,500 managed care facilities across the United States.

Worked with executive leadership on the planning, business process design, facilities specifications and IT systems required to support the development of a new market for Technicolor. This market involved the ordering and distribution of promotional materials to Technicolor’s traditional movie theater customer base.
