I manage a portfolio of initiatives that have enabled Skilled Wound Care to grow from a small, 10-person practice to a premier provider of surgical services supporting 80 providers in 15 states. Oversaw the requirements definition, development and implementation of a Synchronous Flow (SM) manufacturing scheduling system as a complementary “bolt-on” to existing manufacturing planning assets. Responsible for design, implementation, and support of all on-going IT projects in the division, which consisted of 50 on-site employees, and 25 field personnel. TECHNICOLOR ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES Burbank/Ontario, CA

Senior Consulting Analyst - Marketing Services 8/1992 to 6/1999

Worked with executive leadership on the planning, business process design, facilities specifications and IT systems required to support the development of a new market for Technicolor. This market involved the ordering and distribution of promotional materials to Technicolor’s traditional movie theater customer base.

Principal Architect for turn-key Order Entry, Inventory and Fulfillment systems.
