Currently in search of a position where I can further pursue my career as a customer service representative and an experienced phlebotomist. I have many years of experience as a phlebotomist, a customer service representative, and in management. I have working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, as well as intravenous therapy. I also have technical training on laboratory testing of blood and other bodily fluids.

Also prepared the donor for the donation process by verifying information, locating a vein, preparing the arm for venipuncture and maintaining venipuncture site, donor wellness, and keep the flow of blood present.
