This 40.5 Million dollar High Security contract to expand and double the compound by Adding a 48,000 square foot Communications, 7000 square foot Administration, and 5,800 square foot repair and utilities buildings, as well as building additional dish antennae foundations. This 3 year project is within the high security compound and expands from 16 dish satellite antennae to 22. At present time I have produced a record of over 1450 days 224,800 Hours with no lost time accidents.

Attention was paid to the location and GPS mapping of all known and discovered abandoned underground utility lines. Project remained on schedule including numerous unscheduled three-day mandatory NO DIG orders because of rocket launches. Special attention dedicated to the endangered Fairy shrimp located only at VAFB. No lost time accidents.

Formation of concrete footings and slabs, Installation of interior and exterior safety lighting, specialized video feeds, painting, and construction of new entry steps and interior stairways.

Plaza Bonita Mall in National City added a New wing nearly doubling the mall’s square footage. They added a new movie Theater including 11 screens. The main features were the 6-story wall that housed the theater. The scaffolding within the project on the interior supported the “dance floor” suspended 65 feet in the air, which allowed the workers to work without harnesses on the ceiling. Exterior scaffolding extended 6+ floors. Total employed were over 500, with multiple Subcontractors.
