Reporting directly to the restaurant Supervisor, manager Coordinating with food service between kitchen and restaurant service staff. Enforcing all the rules and regulations.

Monitoring all the beverage consumption and address issues of intoxication. Adhering to basic hygiene procedures and grooming standards. Demonstrating culture standards.

Checking the restaurant linen cutlery, chinaware, glassware, tables and chairs if anything to inform to the h/k.

Do providing a guest special request and guide them with clear information. Do the restaurant opening and closing side work and team work with my colleagues. Do serve the food and beverage on time to guest and Assist in clearing tables. Checking the guest feedbacks.
