Job Description

●Handled all the proximate analysis for raw materials and finished goods according to BIS Standards.

●Sub culturing works, Biochemical Tests, Media Preparations, Antibiotic sensitivity tests.

●Clean Room work experience

●Tests Carried Out : Enumeration of Total plate count, Yeast and Moulds and Detection of pathogens in food samples.

●Hygiene Check of the Labs.

●Calibration of pipettes, Incubators and validation of Autoclave.

●Performing chemical analysis based on new and existing methodologies.

●Procurement of lab instrument and consumables within the scope of allocated budget.

●To develop, to document & to maintain SOP’s & Reports.

●Handled shelf life & benchmark studies, Competitor sample analysis.

●Managed sensory evaluation of food products related to Sensitivity Test Colors, Recognition of Properties of Foods, Recognition of Odors, Threshold Tests for Basic Tastes like Sweetness, Saltiness, Bitterness and recognition of Pungency Thresholds.
