Managed the development of Focus Surgery’s Sonablate 500 machine that is used in the treatment for prostate cancer. Shipped 11 units in 12 months exceeding work flow and adhering to ISO, UL and FDA requirements.

Developed test procedures that cut testing work flow 50% in half (1-1/2 to 3 hours) saving 200.00/unit.

Designed, tested and documented transformers improvements with potting formulas, windings and laminations. Coordinated maintenance schedules for Bihler four-slide machines and designed roll forming machines for single fold ductwork that accommodate multiple sizes.

Designed fixtures for testing many brands of motors for torque and durability with cycle testing of motorized ducts. Performed adhesive testing on many flexible duct fabrics.
