My Job Experiences:

1-Hayat-Egypt (HAYAT-Kimya Group) (Molfix babay diaper / Tissue Mill/ PE & Non-Woven Factory). QHSE-Manager, from 2014 until now. Implement all Quality, Health, safety & Environmental requirements, including hygiene guidelines (GMP/ GHP & pest control), procedures, legal requirements as well as certification requirements for all plants in the cluster of responsibility. In addition to monitoring its compliance and defining corrective actions in case on non-compliance.

Follow up all R & D–trial plan for short & long term. Monitoring raw materials check through SAP-system to ensure it match with Quality criteria set by R & D-Dept. at Turkey. Monitor laboratory quality plan to cover all raw and final products check to release or block rejected one on SAP-system. Follow up retained sample along shelf life and record any defect found.

Implement quality plan and tools to verify that all procedures/ work instructions and standard are in place and done according to frequency plan. Issue weekly & Monthly reports to General Manager & Global Quality Director on key milestones and critical business initiatives.

Manages all supplier & customer complaints through QDMS-system (online system) to be record, investigate root cause and preventive action needed, and record critical case one in KPI-record on monthly basis. Determines priorities and timetables, assigns resources/tasks, and provides performance feedback. Accountable for the activities and results of their subsidiary plant.

2-TAQA-Arabia: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt, QA/ HSE- Manager:

Working at TAQA-Arabia (E.P.C) From 2010 until 2014 as QA/ HSE-Manager. Our duties includes, promote good health, safety and environmental practices throughout all activities. Review Health, Safety and Environment Policy; ensure that Fire Plans and Fire Risk Assessments are implemented. Establish & update effective Risk Assessment management system. Follow up Legislation and Codes of Practice. Conduct internal training course to enhance awareness for our staff. Monitoring and measuring Performance through Internal Audit (Site Audit results) to ensure compliance with HSE-management system. Maintain Incident/accident statistics, analyses trends and take action needed. Maintain database for all PPE, training, toolbox-talk, incident/ accident/ Near Miss, Audit results for different site. Follow up waste management plan to all waste issue from work. Update all hazardous materials and that effective Risk Assessments are in place. Check firefighting, Safety precaution tools and waste management and Risk Assessments Studies.

2008- 2010: Honeywell Company for Food industry: 10th of Ramadan City, Cairo, Egypt.

3-Honeywell Company for Confectionary, Gum & Biscuits Food industry: 10th of Ramadan City, Cairo, Egypt.

From 2009-2010, work as a Q.A./ Q.C. /Food safety Manager. Our duties include follow up Different activities of Quality Control, Quality Assurance & Lab Dept. start from examination different raw & packaging materials, finished product. Implement different analysis including Microbiological, Chemical, Physical, Sensory and Environmental and Morphological analysis at different steps of process. Follow up new recipe for new product development in Bars, Candy, Biscuits, Chocolate and Marshmallow products. Implementation statistical process control such as pareto-chart and fishbone diagram. Start implementation new product development, sensory analysis plan, HACCP-system, ISO-9001(ISO-22000), ISO-17025, ISO-14001 & ISO-18001 standards with Cleaner Production program (UNDP-Project) under umbrella of I.M.C. Put Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) for all different Line to verify different process control at different steps starting from cooking until reach packaging process to ensure high quality of final product. Study different competitors' products in the market. Follow up awareness training for employees about GMP, GHP, HACCP-Principles and OHSAS. Follow up weekly & monthly reports about QA/QC & Lab Dept and Budget plan to Managing Director.

4-Future Pipe Industry (F.P.I.): 6 th of October City, Egypt, Quality Assurance / HSE- Manager.

Working at FPI Multinational Company from 2007 until 2008 as a Quality Assurance / Health & Environmental Manager. Establish & Maintain Quality Management system (QMS) and Environmental system (EMS –ISO 14001: 2004) at all time, Ensure implementation of QMS in order to comply with the industries requirements, Develop, establish and implement the QMS and EMS in coordination with management and other departments to ensure continual improvements, Ensure, maintenance and renewal company accreditations certifications, Effective achievement of Q.A. From 1999-2007, Working at La Vache qui Rit (Bel-Egypt- Group), Quality Control & Quality Assurance/ HSE- Department from 1999 until 2006. Examining the different raw materials and finished product including physical, chemical, microbiological, conservation, Sensory analysis, and Environmental, Packaging and Morphological analysis. 6-Agricultural Research Center (Field & Crop Research Institute). Giza, Egypt

From 1995-2012, Chemist (Researcher). Working at Field & Crop Research Institute, Agricultural Research Center, and Giza, Egypt from 1996 until now, working in different Agricultural Research experiments (Food Legume Department) under research project. Our aim work focus on breeding & Mutation to get new varieties and genotypes characterized by good characteristic (morphological/ yield & Yield components/ chemical) which reflex high quality and high yield variety. Cooperate with international organization such as International Center for Agricultural Research in the dry Areas (ICARDA) and FAO.
