EXPERIENCE

Sonic, Pueblo West Drive Thru Attendant and Carhop May 2016 - June 2017

My main responsibilities as a Drive Thru Attendant and Carhop were to maintain the productivity of the order times, greet and answer all customer questions, make amends to errors or complaints, and help train new employees. I am also responsible for providing the correct change to customers solely on my own, with a wallet and changer. Money skills and math are crucial at Sonic and working there has strengthened my money skills

AeroCare Holdings, Pueblo - CPAP Supply CSR

October 2017- Present

When I was first hired at AeroCare I worked in their Call Center for the Denver Location. At this position I was responsible for scheduling patients for PAP Device Setups and PAP Mask Refit Appointments with Respiratory Therapists. At this position I was also responsible for creating delivery tickets for patients who needed oxygen delivered by AeroCare’s drivers. After working in the Call Center for three months I was offered a position to work in the CPAP Supply Center for AeroCare. As a CPAP Supply Center CSR I am responsible for verifying patient’s insurance eligibility with the CPAP Supplies that are ordered, ensuring all Certified Medical Necessity is in the patient’s chart as required by insurance, obtaining any pre-authorization needed, and making sure the supply units and frequency comply with insurance guidelines.
