DEVELOPMENT SUMMARY

RHODES LANDING

Responsible for the acquisition of 38.5 acres for the development of 198 single family lots in north Harris County, Texas. Storm water drainage for the project utilized a "pump detention" facility requiring coordination and approvals through Bridgestone M.U.D., Texas Department of Transportation, Harris County Engineering and Harris County Flood Control. Drainage out fall routes and the costs sharing agreements associated with them were successfully negotiated. Lot sizes were 45' X 110' and were all sold to D.R. Horton.

THE ESTATES AT CREEKS END

Negotiated the purchase of 35 acres of land to be annexed into Harris County M.U.D. 104 for the development of 100 single family lots. This gated community featured two "wet detention" amenity lakes with lot sizes of 70' X 120' and Imperial Homes of Texas as the builder.

VILLAGES ON GRANT

Developed 208 single family lots for D.R. Horton on 42 acres of land. The acquisition required annexation into N.W. Harris County M.U.D. 5 as well as negotiations of off-site storm sewer and slope easements with adjacent land owners.

MEADOWHILL RUN

Negotiated the acquisition and annexation of 46 acres of land for the development of 228 single family lots in the Meadowhill Regional M.U.D. An attractive landscaped amenity lake served as the focal point and solved the detention and drainage issues for another D.R. Horton community.

MIDDLE CREEK VILLAGE

112 single family lots were developed on 28 acres of land after annexing into Harris

CountyM.U.D. 104. D.R. Horton acquired all of the 55' X 115' lots

HIGHLANDS RANCH

Negotiated the acquisition and annexation of 46 acres in the Baytown area, east of Houston. The land was annexed into the Lake M.U.D. and yielded 212 single family lots for Royce Homes and Chesmar Homes.

LOCKE RIDGE FARMS

Negotiated the purchase and annexation of 60 acres for a two phase development of 330 lots in Montgomery County, Texas. Spring Creek M.U.D. annexed the property with Kimble Hill Homes and Wall Homes contracting for the lots.

WILLOW BEND

This 33 acre assemblage involved an exchange and condemnation of off-site drainage easements. Dowdell Public Utility District in north Harris County annexed the tract for the development of 140 lots.
