This application was developed using NSDK (Nat Systems Development kit) and had some inherent problems. The problems related to lack of available expertise and limited features and extensions of NSDK. These problems lead to issues related to maintenance, enhancements and customization. Client wanted to overcome these problems and hence the system was redesigned using OOAD concepts and developed using Visual Basic 6.0.
