Optimizing the generation and the revenue earnings at the Power plants improving the Physical efficiency parameters & financial parameters and taking effective steps for maintaining harmonious relations in the power plants.

Giving necessary guidance and leadership to the Heads of power plants and other Senior Heads in ensuring cohesion and coordination among the various departments of the power plants so as to accomplish the goals set for the power plants, keeping in view the guidelines/orders issued by the State Govt / Govt. of India from time to time & obliging.

Preparing power plant’s efficient operation initiation documents taking care pollution standards.

Maintaining and continuously monitoring key performance Indicators of the generation plants.

Following the detailed and summarized operation procedure taking care of Govt Statutories.

Identifying, costing, and processing for all the operation parameters variations that affect the efficiency of the power plant in profitability.

Tracking activities that go against the scheduled operation for best performance.

Updating operations plans to include agreed changes.
