Redesigned Northrop Grumman disaster recovery and business continuity plans, saving $1.6M annually. Existing recovery and continuity plans were inadequate and expensive. Developed and executed plan for working with end-user community, identifying mission critical systems and those to be deployed in later stages. Negotiated cost-effective contract with new vendor. Increased backup storage capacity 500%.

Lead development of a Project Management Methodology for Wolseley. Developed a project management methodology for Wolseley based on Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) guidelines and integrated this approach into the firm’s SAP rollout which save overall implementation time by several months.

Deployed ERP solution at Newport News Shipbuilding, accelerating aircraft carrier construction 29%. Legacy ERP lacked flexibility to manage highly complex, multi-system build.
