1-Ensures effective utilization of warehouse areas and observes proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of goods in order to prevent product damage, accidents and occupational hazards.

2- Effectively monitors flow of goods and implements First-In First-Out (FIFO) method in dispatching the goods.

9-Develops and effectively implements warehouse and inventory monitoring systems and procedures.

10-Maintains complete production plan, inventory control and warehouse records and manuals.

11- Ensures the integrity and completeness of all manufacturing and logistics records and manuals.

12-Oversees the daily accounting activities required to maintain the Authority’s general ledger.

13-Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.).

14-Cash management (including placement/movement of funds in various trusts).

15-Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.

16-Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.

17- Produces financial reports involving the accounts for monthly board meetings. Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

18-Produces quarterly and annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports.

19-Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
