Users can Access the Selling System through Web service. USers can Create Cash Rate Sheet, Guarantor Rate Sheet, Cash Contract and Guarantor Contract and also can modify Contract name and Contract amount through Web service without login to Freddie Mac Selling System. USer also can do the Pair off the contract through Web service. Once the contract is created modified Name, Contract amount and pair off amount then Loans Staus get changed to Funded and Contract status changes to Fulfilled status through Selling UI.

Description:

The selling system is a web-based system that integrates all secondary marketing (Mortgages) functions on one platform. This system provides a seamless secondary marketing process that incorporates the pricing, contracting, loan entry, loan allocation, purchase edits, note certification, contract settlement and funding functions. It links together all the secondary marketing steps, reducing the need to interact with multiple systems. You can sell loans to Freddie Mac for cash through Mandatory Cash contracts and Best Efforts contracts, on a servicing-retained and servicing-released basis, or through Guarantor or Multi Lender Swap (known as Multi Lender in the selling system) in exchange for participation certificates.

Various types of users interact with this System. Internal Users (Freddie Approvers) can make the contract Accepted to Ready to Fund, Fulfilled and Funded Status. External Users (Banks/Lenders) can Create contract, Add loans to that contract, Modify, Pair of the contract.

In this application, there are several modules. Like Create, Import contract and Modify contract, Add and Remove loans, Manual and Auto Pairoff, Loan Pipeline and Create and Display Rate Sheet, Post Acceptance override, Manage Hours of Operations.

Conference module allows creation of conferences each year with flexible associated events. Users intending to attend these conferences can register & pick and choose events and pay accordingly. E-commerce integration is provided for Job Ads, Registrations, Membership dues and other Order forms. Admin interface provides role based access to manage administrative functionality for Members data, conference registration data, job ads approval etc. Generic Configurable Order forms module. Using this module an administrator can create an (any number of) order form(s) with optional events, paid events with a fee structure configurable based on member-type. Export of members directory in excel format for auditing purpose is also provided.

The program does not need internet connection. The program is produced for each edition of directory each year. This is an installable desktop application targeted for Windows OS (98/2000/XP). Install Shield was used to package the installation files.
