During my freshman year I was given the position of Historian of the Youth Crime Watch club where I handled all social media for the club, and also am in direct contact with the local newspaper for anything because of my position in YCW and law enforcement program that my Sponsor created. I participated as leader in my unit in We The People Competition and was later awarded Best Unit. I continued to establish my knowledge in International relations by joining the Model United Nations competition that resulted in me receiving an Honorable Mention for my involvement in the World Health Committee representing Cuba.I finished my last year of highschool by building my skill in public speaking and delegating in Mock Trial where I experienced the process of a legal case. Through my hardwork and dedication I was trusted to be given the opportunity to visit and personally meet, the previous FBI Director, James Comey, at the FBI building. I lated went to several more visits at the building where I took part in the memorial of Benjamin P. Grogan and Jerry L. Dove. My last year I was able to teach 3 classes: Global Studies, Global Studies Honors, and lastly Government and Economics. I learned to create lesson plans to inform students of domestic and foreign education. I also had the knowledge and experience to dedicate one of the classes to lead the students in preparations in competitions and simulations.
