First level support, by creating tickets and routing a technician to the customer to make sure the customer is back up and running in a reasonable amount of time. Receive and document new equipment that comes in and make sure that all equipment has been received according to the packing list. I also make sure that all request emails that come through the help desk email that a ticket is created and routed to the right person.
