Manages benefits administration to include claims resolution, benefit information to employees, open enrollment, and administer group health plans, 401k plan, and FMLA leaves.

Work with managers and employees to resolve diverse and complex employee relation issues such as harassment, discrimination, performance improvement plan, EAP program, etc.

Provide daily departmental support by responding to and fulfilling requests for information via fax, phone, email or mail.

Respond to requests for employment verifications, disability claims and unemployment claims.

Conducts exit interviews, processes final payroll and completes Ultipro payroll pay changes and system processing.

Worker’s Compensation, maintain OSHA file, OSHA 300 log, OSHA 300A form, and safety committee.


Knowledge of principles and practices of HR administration

Solid understanding of labor laws and demonstrates strong HR sensibility and critical thinking

Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail and comfort with change

Team oriented, self-starter, organized, positive, creative and ability to drive projects through completion with minimal supervision

Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, ADP, iCims and eVerify.
