Project Coordinator Assistant

Oversees and facilitates the installation of equipment and components for a project to ensure contractors are fulfilling all obligations and that work is carried out according to approved contracts, specifications, and schedules. Serves as a liaison with project management reporting on inspections, subcontracting, progress, and delays. Proactively identifies and works to resolve any site issues that may impede the project delivery. Provides technical knowledge and input to assist installing contractors.

Close project and documentation, pass project deliverables to operations.

Pull City and State Permits

Apply and obtain Contractor Licenses as required by different City’s or States.

Keep spreadsheets to track all rentals and purchases for each Job.

Process Locate requests

Set up Take off sheets according to project plans and spec’s.

Search various sites to find Bid’s and prepare quotes to bid as Sub-contractor.

Set up Job folders, give purchase orders.

Apply for Tax Exempt Certificates

Prepare Wage sheet for Davis Bacon jobs.

Set up Flights, hotels, and registration for all crew members or Project managers working out of our city.

Knowledge of Outlook Calendar and all Microsoft Office Applications.
