MTECH MINI PROJECT: 1. Multiple-Input Multiple-Output Dc-Dc Converter.

Description: Two input three output dc-dc converter circuit topology has both switched capacitor

Model and dc-dc boost converter.

This proposed converter is actually perfect for using in fuel-cell system and photovoltaic application and hybridization of solar electric vehicles.

The proposed circuit is simulation performed.

The different modes of operation multi input and multi output converter explained.

Selection of elements and capacitors and switches.

The hardware board is prepared and testing of circuit and troubleshooting the problems.

Generating the pulses for switches by using DSPACE.

Documented the Project output.

2. Comparative Study on Charge Controller Techniques for Solar PV System

Description: The main objective of this project is to design the charge controllers for battery to increase their life time and efficiency in the solar system and compare with other existing designs of controllers.

Designed MAT LAB Program to achieve the project goal.

Written and Implemented code in MATHWORKS Tools and processed the output.

Troubleshoot and resolve the errors in the MATLAB program.

Documented the achieved output.

Participated in Hardware implementation of the project in MHRED (Mahatma Gandhi Renewable Energy Development) at Bengaluru.

3. FINAL YEAR PROJECT: MULTI LEVEL INVERTER

TITLE: Performance Verification of Cascaded Multilevel Inverter with Asymmetric Multi Cell Configuration

DESCRIPTION:

Simulation of 25level Inverter by using stair case modulation technique.

High quality of output voltage and current waveforms are achieved and lower THD with lesser no of switches.

Hard ware implementation of 25 level inverter.

Documented the achieved output.

Paper publication is under processing in the JARDCS Journal.

Continuous mode of operation a fly back converter.

Generating the pulses by using D-space for high gain non-isolated CUK converter.

Analysis of push pull converter.

Steady state and dynamic performance of SVC.
