OBJECTIVE: M y goal is to obtain a position in a medical setting that I may use and gain knowledge that will help with advancement into my career in the health care field. I strive to make a difference in each person/patient I may encounter through my career.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS: I have been a medical assistant for almost eleven years. I have worked with Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Infectous Disease and Urgent Care Prvoders. I have worked with various lab machines performing various tests CBC's, CMP, BMP, and Thyroid Function Tests underreaview from a Doctor. I have done Bone Density tests along with Dilated Eye exams. I have worked with various EKG machines and Spirometery (PFT's). I have followed very closely with doctors assisting them with various tests (Pap smear's, gynecological exams, assisted with minor surgeries, placementand removal of Sutures and Staples, wounc care). I am proficient with lab draws ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. I have been trained on various electronic health care records including Epic. I have also been a Skyrbe for over a year and I have been trained in all aspects of being a skyrbe from billing, to orders, to making the chart ready for the Dotor to sign.
