internal services/support resources, and external clients in CA PPM product lines.

-- Created training material and labs for a variety of industries including General Electric, Telephony, Pharmaceutical

and Call Centers.

-- Developed multiple courses with over 200-pages per training manual, and 120-page lab guides, in both hard and soft

copies.

-- Created and recorded formal snippets for short, on-the-fly, training posted on the company internal U-tube sites.

-- Currently creating a scenario-driven Advanced courses. Students practice skills, learned in beginner courses, where

they decide what/how to implement features in a live lab environment. Scenario's are go-animate videos.
