Evaluated, infrastructure, network and all systems, including WI-FI.

Replaced all systems found defective or outdated.

Worked with vendor technicians to Install new SMS HOST, SMS TOUCH Dining System, Spa Soft management system and mobile credit card readers. All interfaced to the Property Management System

Carillion Miami Wellness Resort - North Miami Beach, FL. April 2015 – December 2016

Managed a team of IT professionals responsible for all corporate office systems, hotel rooms and 560 condominiums. including infrastructure, applications, data center, servers, storage, PCs, and telecom.

Designed and installed interactive guest and condo owner amenity information screens and mobile device

Managed design and implemented 750 new computerized blue tooth lock and access control system thru-out entire property including Spa lockers, garages gates even bicycles, The guest or condo owner could either have a Bluetooth mobile device, card or a wristband to access everything they had permission for. Management had total tracking report.

Designed, wrote RFPs and negotiated 150 new computerized security camera system and infrastructure with internet access.

Planned and managed physical-to-virtual server migration; retired over 7 servers and saved over $50K in operating expenses.

Installed 50 Technogym’s treadmills, with 15” screens using a single cat 6 cable for TV, internet and health and fitness tracking software. These were a brand new model and it was the time all three technologies were transmitted and received over a single cat 6 cable.

Managed design, installation and training on new SECURE Wi-Fi system.

Designed, RFP, and managed Stay N Touch System which allowed guest to not only check in

over the internet from anywhere, but also turned their phone into their room key so they

could go directly to their hotel room.

StayNTouch helps Carillon Miami Beach Hotel Deliver on Service Promise through New Mobility Platform

Bethesda, MD – February 10, 2016. StayNTouch, an innovator in mobile technology and Property Management Systems (PMS) for hotels, today announced that Carillon Miami Beach, an iconic luxury resort hotel, has implemented its cloud-based hotel software solutions. StayNTouch’s solutions are gaining adoption among branded as well as boutique hotels and is now in place at dozens of properties in North America and worldwide.

Z Capital Partners purchased the Carillon property in late 2014, opening it as Carillon Miami Beach in early 2015. It installed StayNTouch’s solution in November, 2015.. After the management team was introduced to the mobility solution, it quickly realized it was in perfect alignment with their service philosophy.
