Applications of KAIZENS to improve productivity and cycle times at different stages or processes at assembly line.

Responsible for analyzing the material, equipment and tools requirements according to production plan.

Responsible for preparing and review production schedules for the products. Software Exposure

Cad: AutoCAD, Solid works, Catia, Siemens NX (Unigraphics).

Office Suite: MS Office.

Technical Project -: Mechanical Elevator

Description: Our team is designing a mechanical elevator which is capable of lifting mechanical parts like goods, engine blocks and various types of assemblies. Our team is working on this project to make a cost effective and compact elevator for the industrial use. Our project will be one of its own kinds.
