Title : Study of Residual Stresses Calculation in Weld joints

Duration : Six months

Abstract : Residual stresses in weld joints develop due to differential weld thermal cycle experienced by the weld metal and region close to fusion boundary(Heat Affected Zone). These stresses cause distortion and reduce the strength of the weld joints. Project is all about the study of their development, affecting parameters and calculation of those stresses by conventional strain gauges using wheatstone bridge.

Internship Details :

Study of automobile components at Sri Sri Sri Auto Cars Pvt Ltd.

Title : Study of the HVAC system in automobile ( Renault four wheeler)

Duration : One month

Abstract : HVAC System uses engine power to run the air conditioning unit and it is controlled by electronic control module ( ECM). Internship aim is to study the working process and assembling of the system. Technical Skills :
