BASINTEK JULY 2013 TO PRESENT

June 2018-Present: HR/Safety Specialist & Liaison. Responsible for conducting internal observations and audits of safety awareness and practices. Conduct monthly safety meetings for 3rd Shift personnel. Conduct competency training classes for new hires as well as updates in operating procedures as needed. Cultivate a positive work environment by acting as the liaison between operators and management as needed. Conduct new employee benefits and safety orientations. Track operator progress and development as well as develop progressive training techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Standard Operating Procedures.

November 2017 – June 2013: Production Supervisor, 3rd Shift. Responsible Manage a crew of 30+ operators. Responsible for the communicating, coordinating work instructions to team leaders, monitoring and maintaining safe work habits, training, record keeping, scheduling, goal setting and oversee the everyday operation to ensure that ISO practices are adhered to. Responsible for participating in and developing R&D projects as needed. Conduct daily toolbox meetings to discuss safety objectives as well as production goals and expectations.

June 2016 – November 2017: Production Lead, 3rd Shift. Responsible for direct on-the-job training in various stator cells as needed. Observe and Report any and all issues and/or concerns regarding the overall safety on the job. Observe and Report any issues regarding the standard operating procedures. Keep track of boiler readings, material logs, accountability logs and any other documents required to complete various projects. Perform any and all duties as needed to complete daily projects. Cover for supervisors when needed.

July 2013 – June 2016: Stator Technician, 3rd Shift. Responsible for operating various machines as needed by the supervisor. Trained and certified to operate any of the cells within the stator department, including, but not limited to blast, adhesive application, assembly set up, assembly, rubber injection, auto-clave management, disassembly and rubber cutback. I am also certified to operate any and all relevant machinery including, but not limited to the overhead crane, forklift, impact gun, grinder and small shop equipment.

HEAD COACH USA SWIMMING JUNE 1998 TO JULY 2013

I was a coach in various capacities and with various teams during this time. I was responsible for developing youth swimmers from the learn-to-swim level up to college level athletes. Duties included season planning, administrative and record keeping, collections, facility maintenance and scheduling as well as manage coaching staffs, parent education and fund-raising.
