Job Role:

Recruitment & Selection, wherein I have worked on various positions at different level and closed the position within the time frame, was taking care of Recruitment tracker time to time.

Employees Orientation & Onboarding was taking care of joining formalities, documentation part, employee’s information tracker (HRIS system), necessary trainings for new joiners.

HR Policies & processes, Review of existing policies; formulation and implementation of new HR policies; standardization of HR policies across the organization.
