After my Daughter was born in 2007 I returned to work for three years but as she was physically

and mentally disabled, stayed home when she started school as she required 24/7 assistance.

MGM Mansion Concierge where my duties included checking in and taking care of our VIP Guests;

a wonderful job for honing problem solving skills and dealing with the public.

4/1999 - 2/2001

Assistant Manager of the Shadow Creek Golf Store@ The Mirage

Where I sold golf attire and booked golf reservations and tee-times for our

Guests.

3/1995- 4/1999

VIP Services at The Mirage Resorts where I handled every part of a VIP Guest visits from Airport pickup to drop off.

This was a very high paced position, VIP Guests at The Mirage expected a perfect experience and it was our job

to make sure that they were never disappointed.
