1.Working with M.R. Security as Warehouse Manager for SAFE CITY PROJECT in Ludhiana since May 2016 to till date.


Managing the Warehouse of the Project, Keeping records of material which is Inward & outward from warehouse to various sites & vice versa.

In warehouse, maintaining daily Replenishment of stock on Average basis. Outward of material has been done day to day basis & most high value material is there in warehouse so Physical inspection has done on daily basis.

In this project, various sites are there & on each site had required installing Poles for Cameras, We manage the transportation for them also, and we make routes for the delivery Vehicle so optimum utilization of vehicle can be done.

In this project, lots of vendors are working together. After Completion of Any Site, reconciliation has been done with vendors with the help of site Engineer. So accurate list of Installed material are made & unused material are returned to warehouse.

Making report on daily/weekly/monthly basis as per company Requirement. Also compile report of Defective Data for all Project. If Any material is defective or not working, warehouse follow the company procedure to send him to service centre for Repair/Replacement.

2. Worked with Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. (A subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ltd.) As Material Officer in Chandigarh since April 2013 to May 2016.


Manage the Warehouse of the Store, Maintain Inward & outward of material from DC to store &vice versa. Maintain daily Replenishment of stock for store on sale basis. Materials are Inward & Outward from SAP / POS.

In store, day to day sales happened & High Value Products (Mobile, Laptops) are always there so PI (physical Inventory) is done on daily basis. Maintained Minimum stock level at store. Looking for discrepancies and adjustment of stock. Handling Defective & Trade IN / Exchange Product. Coordination with all North Stores & warehouse for Stock Replenishment.

Doing Co-ordination with DC for customer deliveries. Deliveries to the customer have been done from Store. Make Route of the delivery Vehicle so optimum utilization of vehicle can be done. Stock Movement are also done as per company Requirement.

Making report on daily/weekly/monthly basis as per company Requirement for Upcoming Seasons. Also compile report of trade In, Negative Stock (Freebei), Open PO & STO, Defective Data for all North Region to control the Stock.

3. Worked with Sistema Shyam Teleservices Pvt. Ltd.(Brand Name – MTS) As Senior Specialist in CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT since Feb’10 to March’ 13 (Company Shut down its Operation in various States due to 2G Spectrum Cases).


Manage the Branded Retail Outlet of the company in JAIPUR Region for the smooth running of business. Ensuring each & every necessary communication given to the BRO. Maintaining the Proper Hygiene in the BRO. maintain the promotional activities of the BRO &provide training to the BRO staff for smooth running of Business i.e documentation Audit, Information regarding new VAS & products.

Audit with Authorized Service Centre in the time limit. Ensuring the ASC will work properly in zone & repair all handset & data devices in SLA. Getting Proper information about ASC & co-ordinate with Zonal Head of ASC. Maintaining the MSL at the Every ASC.

Giving the Data service support for the MBlaze/MBrowse for all over Rajasthan& in Punjab/Himachal Pradesh. The company data device is manages from Jaipur so every data device support cover by myself. The dongle of the company is provided by Four companies i.e. ZTE, ANYDATA, MICROMAX, Huawei.

At least 1 handset Service camp in month is operated through ASC of the company. Also done the promotional activities for promoting the ASC Service Camp.

End-to-End coordination and accomplishment of TERM related activities i.e. Sub base reporting, CAF submission and review on CAF audit results. Submission of Monthly and Quarterly Performance monitoring reports.

Customer acquisition support in reference of plan configuration in IN, and respective VAS provisioning. Complaint management and their closure within Tat at circle level, handling customer service related activities at circle.

Follow up and coordination with sales channel i.e. direct sales team and channel partners for in TAT CAF retrieval, as per the parameters of DOT guidelines, company policy, with maintaining quality hygiene.

MDN wise weekly and monthly reconciliation between CRM, HLR and IN in respect to VAS and charging and rectification of variance.

4. Worked with GEE ESS KNITWARE as Warehouse Manager since April’09 to Feb’10.


Manage the all work of warehouse in the Company. Handling the entire inventory in the warehouse. Handling the freight cost of the company. Handled the transportation & dispatch of the finished material. Dealing with the laborers to get all work done.

Manage all inventory of warehouse. Handling the raw material as well as finished goods of the company.

Manage Freight to bring down the cost of the transport. Negotiation with the Transporter for the freight.

5. Worked with BIGFlix Pvt. Ltd. (A division of Reliance BIG Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.) as an Assistant Logistics Manager since Apr’08 to Apr’ 09 (Company Shutdown its Operations due to Recession Period).


Manage (on a daily basis) the city logistics operations team on a shift roster basis ensuring that CD/DVDs enter and exit the ware-house in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and transit time standards. Ensure the delivery & pick-up is met as per the target/service standard. Overall administration of Distribution Centre including services, facility & petty cash management.

Accountable for managing the DC and all the stocks. Accountable to ensure that all the standard operating processes pertaining to Warehouse are implemented. Facilitate the Inventory part right from receiving the stock to uploading in the inventory and sending to the concerned store/DC. Organize appropriate shift and manning level to meet the business requirement.

Manage receipt and lodgment of outgoing & incoming CD/DVDs from DC operations to customer within ensure timely departure and delivery.

Accountable for all inventory stock within City. Accountable for all audit (fortnightly, monthly) and responsible for the keeping the track of the stock Rented & requirement level in the city.

6. Worked with Aradhana Drinks & Beverage Pvt. Ltd. (A sister concern of PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd.) as a Shipping consultant since Feb’05 to Apr’08.


Plan and service indents to 200 distributors within Punjab with Self and Transporter’s fleet. Generation of duty paid and sales tax paid invoices through ERP system (SAP SD Module) and Punching of Purchases from DKDBL (Co-Packer for Pepsi)

Manage freight to bring down the cost in self and transporters vehicles, increasing efficiency by monitoring full load ability in vehicles and encouraging HCV’s with special emphasis to lower transit time of the vehicles.

70% of the company’s business is two ways (returnable glass), hence its weekly reconciliation increases productivity of the Warehouse. Physical Verification of Stock also done. Responsible for tracking of Glass Movement within the PUNJABCOBO, and of distributors plants and warehouses. Managing availability of glass and vehicles for smooth production and dispatches.

Proper management of finished goods products in warehouse, its ageing (expiry issue), safety and its pelletisation for speedy removal. Minimization of breakages, shrinkage and drink age in warehouse to reduce cost.

Coordinating with various departments regarding material management, distribution and Negotiating with various transporters & finalizing the order for transportation of our outgoing/ incoming/ part shipment materials attending company meetings with corporate bodies. Preparing and maintaining various reports, Invoice, Correspondence and reports demanded by Account Dept. & Corporate, etc.

Overseeing the store management and maintaining reduced inventory levels. Maintain stock of material without variance by conducting stock verification and documentation. Ensure proper stacking as per the norms and implementing the FIFO method. Inventory management on a regular basis to feed all the locations and monitoring the ageing of all the Stock Keeping Units (SKU's).

Implement of Standard Operating Procedures within the warehouse and training team members in maintaining compliance with procedures. Receipt of finished goods from factory and out-sourced materials from other location, their storage and dispatches as per orders with special focus on minimum damage and ensure FEFO.

Cost budget for the year for different cost heads like freight, casual labor, exchange, breakage, pallets etc. Distributor mapping and plan for freight and service optimization. Devise plans for cost reduction / increase efficiency. Roll out the monthly production plan. All the work is carried out in a ERP based environment (SAP), and help is taken from other software’s like MS- excel for generation and preparation of reports. Maintaining Primary sales record of distributors, day wise month wise and year wise.
