Job Description:

o Maintain and manage nursery care equipments in good condition. o Implement the best standards in nursery management issues. o Provide training to the nursery staff in nursery management issues. o Conduct daily meetings with the Academic Advisor and the Operational Manager to ensure that the daily procedures are going smoothly.

o Conduct monthly meeting with the nursery staff.

May schedule work hours. Also responsible for establishing a safe working environment by creating and implementing safety policies that adhere to legal standards. Supervise the academic, operational, hygiene and maintenance procedures on a daily basis. o Supervise and follow up with the extra services provided by the nursery such as, winter & summer camps and the after school service as well.

o Organize and follow up the field trips provided by the nursery. o Organize nursery shows, exhibitions and events.

o Provide annual plan for gatherings and events established by the nursery. o A frequent development and modification for all policies (regarding the nursery and the staff) to be applicable and reachable to all users.

o Organize the annual graduation ceremony provided by the nursery at the end of the academic year. o Attend all PTA meetings.

o Negotiate contracts and purchasing orders done by the operational Manager.
