Duties & Responsibilities
Training and briefing the team in daily basis.
Prepares guest laundry and dry cleaning as requested in accordance with hotel presentation and standards.
Spot and dry clean all uniform
Responsible for pressing Guest laundry and staff uniform
Maintain dry cleaning equipment in good condition and ensures regular servicing.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
Attend guest call in manner as hotel standard.
Attends to outside and internal guest courteously, promptly while maximizing sales.
Maintain work area cleanness and equipment on daily basic.
Check guest item on receipt for damage and record any findings.
Report guest complain to superior immediately.
Built and maintain positive relationships with all internal customer and guest in order to anticipate their needs
To supervise the distribution of all articles to ensure adequate supply as requirement in work place.
