Job Responsibility as SHIFT ENGINEER

As shift ENGINEER looking operational activity like direct bunkering, stacking and reclaiming etc and handled CHP equipment like RG Crushers, Belt Conveyors, roller screen, wagon tippler, track hopper, Stacker/Reclaimed, flap gates etc.

Managing manpower for CHP.

To meet the blended coal supply as per main plant requirement & maintain healthy bunker levels.

Ensure minimum outages of CHP System and maximum equipment availability. Timely reporting to the concerned person in case of failures of the equipment.

Closed observation on coal yards and initiatives during any smoke/fire.

Overall accountability from continuous effective and safe operations with15500 MT coal feeding per day to the boiler and running maintenance of the 1200 MTPH (2X660MW) capacity coal handling system as well.

Proper procuring and utilization of coal by road and Railways.

Looking after PLC Control (SCADA), Wagon Tippler Management including pocking, Housekeeping management etc. also rectify the running maintenance problems during the shifts.

Working experience in ABB & SEIMENS PLC logics.

Manage coal unloading at wagon (BOBRN, BOXN rakes) to reduce demurrage.

Co-ordination with Jr. Engineers, supervisors, operators, technical fitters including contractors.

Trainings & Extracurricular activities

Six week Industrial Training from UTTAR PRADESH JAL VIDYUAT NIGAM LIMITED ON POWER GENERATION (CONTROLING SYSTEM OF POWER GENERATION & FUNDAMENTAL OF SWETCH YARD) at Renukoot, (Thermal Power Plant) 2X25 MW, 2012.
