Administer and direct the daily operations of Administration Division for Airport Operations, A.T.O.D., Auto/Fleet, Building, Community Development, Contract administration, customer service requests from both external internal customers, Economic Development, evaluations, Landscape and Lighting District 95-2, Parks, Project Management, Recreation, safety training, Sewer collection system, Wastewater Treatment Plants, and Water Well division operations. The responsibilities for this position includes the annual budget administration and preparation for all the divisions listed, efficient delivery of capital improvements, and quality control for all divisions listed. Plan review for new development improvements including the delivery of services for future infrastructure regarding maintenance and operations of the new improvements, and review by the Planning Commission and Recreation Commission.

Director of Public Works: City of Riverbank, CA. 12/3/07 to 12/31/2010 – laid - off. Administered and directed the daily operations of the Administration, Auto/Fleet/Garage, budgets, Capital Improvement Projects, City Engineer, contracts and contractors, annual budgets for Landscaping and Lighting Districts, personnel evaluations, project delivery, Recycling, safety training, Sewer, solid waste franchise, Storm Drains, Streets, and Wastewater Treatment Plant Maintenance Divisions.
