Ivy Steel & Wire was the leading manufacturer in WWR - welded wire reinforcement for the concrete construction industry. Ivy was part of Oldcastle currently merged with Insteel Industries Inc.

Full P&L responsibility for Business Unit (s) in Houston TX.

Managed daily operations of two plants in the Houston area. Plants total combined headcount of 280 eventually consolidated into one with a total headcount of 130 employees.

Executed Predominant Use Study. Yielding onetime non-manufacturing income of $64,000 dollars. Eliminated $30,000 tax dollars per year from Utility Bill.
